You
started once again a New Yea with New Year's resolutions and now
we're fourth of February and you feel exhausted, demotivated and you
want to abandon everything or you already gave up.
Why this scenario
repeats every year and what to do to stop it? Let's try to find out
what are the reasons of this situation and what should we do to get
out from this vicious circle?
Choose the Right
Resolution
If
you want to success you need to set a goal which will be important,
doable, and meaningful for you. Don’t pick the resolution just
because your friend did it, it’s your life and you should find your
own goals. And what is extremely important, you should imagine the best possible results these goals will bring.
You
don't have a realistic Plan
For
most of the people , it's not a problem to make a resolution , it is
keeping it. Beginning of the New Year or School Year it's a good
moment to make resolutions and start to live better, healthier, and
happier life. So when you're brainstorming your goals for the coming
year try to create a plan how to make your resolutions come true.
You're
resolution is too complex or too vague
You
want to improve you’re life in 2018. But what exactly you want to
do? Loose weight? Find a true love? Find a new job? Renovate your
house? Try to formulate your resolution as simple and clear as
possible.
No
deadline
We
should set ourselves goals to be reached within a specific period of
time. That will help as to stay focused, motivated and in
the end,
achieve
our goal. It’s much more better to say: I want to
change
my job before Easter then I want to change my job.
So
now you can start again and make your February Resolution.
Good
luck!!!
